Three of the HVAC Systems on this commercial space were over 20 years old and had multiple issues from grounded compressors, to leaking coils, to bad blower motors and VFD's. The controls system was also antiquated and was running on an old computer with "Windows XP". After multiple service calls and repairs, the customer decided it was time to replace all three HVAC rooftop package units and upgrade the controls to a new system. We replaced all three units in one day and the controls were upgraded the following week. The space is now comfortable and ready to lease.
